I have recently upgraded to BE 11d and upgraded all the agents on the remote servers with out too many problems, However our one Blackberry server is failing to upgrade the agent, and now the service won't even start.
in the install log we get this error:
ERROR: Installation failed with error 1603.
before that when you would go to start the service on the server you would get this error pop up:
error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly.
I have done a full manual removal of the agent with, deleting the keys in the Reg. etc. this has not helped at all. Tried to push the agent from the BE server and do a manual install of the agent with same results.
I am not sure if this is a blackberry related issue or not...
