An error occurred retrieving the RSM Database directory

The last months we keep receiving this error:
Backup - C: sys
An error occurred retrieving the RSM Database data directory.
The RSM Database could not be backed up.

I used your knowledge base, forum and the following article.

After a normal back-up I still see the same error.

Hi,

Stop the Removable Storage service if its STARTED.

Open Backup Exec and edit the job.
Exclude the following directories under winnt\system32 :

C:\Winnt\system32\NTMSDATA
C:\Winnt\system32\WBEM
Then try a backup and verify .
