Any Patch Install is returning 1620

When I try to install any patch I get this error from the installer log:
MainEngineThread is returning 1620

Please help!

Here are the versions:
Windows Server 2003 Standard 5.2 Build 3790
Veritas BackupExec 10 Rev. 5484

Hello,

You might try performing the steps mentioned in this document and try installing the patches again.

After installing Backup Exec 10.0 for Windows Servers, the Backup Exec Server service fails to start, and Event ID 57802 is logged within the Event Viewer.

I installed the latest rev. 5520. We'll see if that fixes the problem.
