Are can't backup some mailbox of another domain??

Hi All,

The BE 2010 has installed a Win Server 2008, we've two domains that a.local and b.a.local. all mailboxs of users of two domain that stored in one exchange 2003 server. The backup server in under a.local domain.

The exchange backup is wholed storage and operation is normal everynight, also it is clicked the "Use Backup Exec Granular Recovery Technolody..."option. The problem when in restore tasks, only the b.a.local user mailboxs are lost, it is cannot backup?

Where are the backups taken? Is is backup to disk or tapes? If backups are on tapes then try to duplicate to disk and see if the mailboxes of other domain are seen.

Try to backup using legacy mode

Hi

Legacy way is not the recommended way to do backup of exchange. So that will not be a right solution in this case
