Asking me if it is OK to overwrite media

I have a new server setup with a two week tape rotation. When a tape is used for the second time an alert is popping up asking for permission to overwrite the media. The backup will not continue until I say OK.

I don't think I have set this as an option and I would like to turn this off but can;t see where.

Can someone help me out.
