Hey there,
I was logging in as administrator at our server and backups went well. I wanted to make backups using a different account (user: Backup) but I received the following error message:
Final error: 0xe000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server. Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly.
Final error category: Security Errors
To continue doing backups I switched back to the administrator account but then I get the same error again. I even switched back to the local system account as the logon account for Backup Exec but still no change.
Can anyone please help me?
