B2D EXTERNAL NAS CANNOT CONNECT

I have a problem with backup exec ver 10 sp1 sbs, on a sbs 2003 with sp1
installed he wan't backup to a external nas server, a other sbs 2003
connect without a problem to the same NAS server. The only difference is
that on this server sp1 (windows 2003 sbs sp1) not is installed.

The rights on the nas server are ok,

In the event vieuwer I have this event
Event message

An error occurred while processing a B2D command.
Changer: CreatePath() CreateDirectory1 failed (\\000.000.000.000\B2DG\FULL).
Error=5

And this is the command I use, (only a other username and password)

BEMCMD -o116 -f"B2D_FULL" -n"username" -p"*******"
-d\\80.89.233.1\B2Dg\FULL <>

The OS on the Nas server is MS Windows Appliance 2003.

Hello,

I would like to know how you are trying to connect to NAS from Backup Exec ?
Is it from the User defined selections ?
If not then please try to do so and check the results:

This is not the answer, i won't back-up from a nas, but back-up to a NAS server.

Please try accessing the NAS server through windows via start>run using the IP address. to check for network connectivity
