BAR Code reader rules

Hi,

can someone help me? I tried to configure BAR Code reader ruleset. I have Backup Exec 12d and HP Autoloader 1/8 960 (LTO3). BAR Code stick from HP has format CCNNNNL3. This mean - two characters, four numbers and static signature L3. I looked inside knowledgebase and FAQ, but all try is without success. Can someone make advice for me ?

Hi,

I try to use this steps. My selection is:

Media Type: <empty> or any of LTO

Vendor: <empty>

Prefix: <empty>

Suffix: L3 

but BAR code rules still doesn't work. When I enable it (Enable Bar Code Media Rules on the device tab), system told me "Uknown media type" and I have denied all operation with the media.

As I told. I have Backup Exec for Windows version 12, patchlevel is actualised monthly in regular time.

Do you have any advice?
