BE 10.0 won't detect Tandberg TS400

Hi,

We have an external Tandberg TS400 tape drive (Dell Powervault 110T LTO2-LC)  connected to a Dell server running WIndows 2003 SP1.   In the Device Manager you can see that  Tandberg TS400 is listed just as "Other Devices" and not as tape drive.   

We are using Backup Exec 10.0 build 5484.   When I ran Device Configuration Wizard it won't detect any backup device.   I tried installing a driver using Veritas device driver install but still wouldn't work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The v10d HCL lists the  PowerVault 110T  LTO2-L with the Tandberg TS400 drives, so my first suggestion  would be to grab the free upgrade

thanks Ken.   I've resolve the issue by asking Dell for a new tape drive driver.
