BE 10.1.5629 can´t detect driver for HP MSL2024

SFCAdmin

Hi @ll:

I had hardware problems with my MSL2024, and Hp change the SCSI Drive, robotic arm, and SCSI Drive of my Proliant Server.

I have a BE 10.1.5629 qith hotfixes 48,49 and SP2,SP3,SP4, that dont detect my HP MSL2024.

I was solving some errors that was appearing in my server and/or BE, but know im a this point:

When i try to use Verita´s drivers, i obtain this errors in appevent from my W2033 Standard SP2:

ID:58053
Origin: Backp Exec

When i try to install the latest drivers from HP for my library, i obtain this error:

ID:58052
Origin:Backup Exec

I was reading and trying this links with bad result:

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/307501.htm

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/238241.htm

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/237047.htm

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/285593.htm

I can see that i have a systemdriver that cand load or start:

SCSICHANGER (SCSICHNG.SYS)

I saw that this problem could be resolved updating my W2003 Standar, and my BE, for this reason i was updating and installing all the BE 10.1.x patches and updgrading to SP2 with all his security patchs included (patches for MediaPlayer and Outlook Express or similar dont installed).

But i obtain the same error, i cant start this driver, and i cant see this driver in the device management because this driver dont appear.

I cant upgrade to BE 11D , and i was trying to unistall/install BE.

I attach some lines from ADAM log:

We have gone through the process of checking the registry, device manager, fc switches, all looks ok and can see the devices, BE 10d displays the drives but not the changer.
Unable to go any further, put a request on the HP forum and putting this here to see if someone has a resolution to the problem.
HP L&TT dont even pick up any drives as the foot note.

Help!!
