BE 10 on Windows 2000 Terminal Server

I have installed BE10 on the TS and it seems to be running correctly. My question is, how do I turn off the online registration. I registered it when I first installed it, but now about every 2 weeks the registration screen comes back. And it comes back on every one of my users ts login. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just follow this techntote and reset the key to "0".
