BE 12.5 Application Slow

Hi,

    We are using BE 12.5. It's working fine in previous days. now that application running slow. Due to this i'm unable to run the job's.

How to i recover my backup server at previous state?

Hi Vicky,

Is the application response is slow or the job rate is slow?

If the application is running slow, you can check if the latest hotfixes are installed. If Backup Exec is already up to date then you can try a reboot of the server, if that also does not give the expected result then repair of Backup Exec application can help.
