BE 12.5 Cancel Pending

I am trying to cancel a job and it sits on cancel pending. How do I get this job to stop running?

Hi,

this happens when BE is waiting for something to finish.

You can open up Task Manager and kill the BE services which forces this to happen. Then just restart them.

is it just one service or multiple. I know there is the beserver.exe, beengine.exe, and benetns.exe.

Stop them all, but it sometimes gets stuck on pvlsrv.exe. But kill all the bexxxxx.exe services.
