BE 12.5 SBS Premium Options - Licensed but not installed

Hello board,

I have Backup Exec 12.5 SBS Premium installed.  The following Options show (under Help, About, License Info) as Licensed but the Installed column for these Options shows as No.

SBS - Advanced Open File Option

SBS - Library Expansion Option

DLO (Support for 5 users included with Backup exec)

How can I go about installing these, as when I attempt to add these Options (under Tool, Add Options....), they don't show.

I also wish to remove the following 3 Evaluations that have installed by default:

Remote Agent for Linux/Unix Servers

Remote Agent for Macintosh Servers

Remote Agent for Windows Servers

Again, I can't locate any way of removing these.

Hi,

Tools --> Install Options and License Keys on this Media Server...

From here you can put in your license keys, but if they're already in, click Next. THe next screen shows you all your options. AOFO is now a part of the standard installation for Backup Exec, and should have that green tick through it. The rest are shown below, both your licensed options, and those licensed for 60 days.
If your options are licensed, and are ticked, I'd suggest doing a repair on your database through Beutility.exe.
