BE 2010 R3 Tandburg Firmware upgrade

I cannot find anywhere that tells me how i can upgrade the firmware on my Tandburg LTO-2 through backup exec 2010 R3

Any Ideas?

You cannot upgrade your Tanburg drive firmware throug Backup exec. You just install the symantec drivers for the tape drive and aif you have a Robot you need to install the Microsoft drivers for the Medium changer.(Which shows up as unknown in Device manager.). To update Firmware you need to get in touch with your hardware vendor.

Drivers for the tape drive can be updated through Backup Exec, Contact Tandburg tech support for 

updating the firmware.
