BE 2010 upgrade to R3- Are 2010 Agent License keys still valid?

We plan on upgrading to  BE 2010 R3.  Do I have to rquest new license key for my various agents if I'm upgrading from 2010 to 2010 R3?

Yes, all 2010 versions are using the same license keys.

From what I have been told the keys are the same so you shouldn't have to request a new key
