BE server in pause status

Hello,

I've BE 10 SP1 running on Windows 2003 standard edition SP1.

Problem is after a system reboot BE is on pause status and:

- Inventories fail
- Some backups fail

I checked BE services and they same to be running file, but after an inventory I get error about task job of BE system doesn't response (Message translated from spanish to english)

Do you know how to move BE server back to active?

We don't know why, on monitor tab server appears as in pause status but on devices tab i was online.

After to speak with BE support we just selected and then unselected pause checkbox. After this all seems to be ok.
