Hello,

As in the job log you are getting message as "completed with exceptions" please answer the following questions to analyze thsi problem.

-- Are you performing a local backup or it is aremote abckup?
-- Are you atking abackup of the databases like exchange or SQL?
-- Are you using Advanced Open file option?
files gets skipped because Open File
Option is not being used.
Currently there is no setting to change "Completed with Exceptions" .
This is because the exceptions are mentioned for the convenience of the
administrators to have a look at the end of the job if any files that were
intended to be backed up; have not been backed by virtue of their being
open.
The options to avoid exceptions in the job log due to open files are
-> Use Advanced Open File Option
-> Close the application that is using the files.
