BE11d server (working fine on sbs 2k3) does not see RALUS agent (rh linux)

install of ralus seemes to work, agent is running. Server does not see the agent. What are the steps to trouble shoot this? I've reinstalled RALUS already.

Hello,

We assume you have a license for RALUS 11d

- Could you check the advertising interval in RALUS.cfg?
- Also try recycling the services.

i don't yet have a license for 11d however when you go to the backupexec download page there is a seperate linux remote agent download link that works.
