BE12 - NFS files without Backup Exec Domino Agent

Hi I have problem with backup nfs files from Domino instalation. I don't have agent for Domino, I have normal agent for Windows Servers with Advanced Open Files function. I select all nfs databases in backup selection list but when I look to restore I can't find this files. Backup Exec avoid this files and I can't restore them. Other files are backing up ok withoug SQL databases but I have agent for SQL. Can I do something to backup nfs domino databases files without buying Backup Exec Domino Agent ??? I Have Backup Exec 12. thanks for helps ....

You need to Take a offline backup ... Stop your domino and then perform the backup ....
You would need to create the following registry key  called Exclude Active Files

Just to corret my line before you dont need the Exclude active File registry key
Instead you need Enable Offline Backup registry key

Its mean that I have two options:
1) Buy Domino Agent, also key to unblock domino files to backup.
2) Set Enable Offline Backup value data to 1 as in article: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/252932.htm

Am i thinking good ?
If yes I will try second options before buy a Domino Agent.

Best option would be to backup Domino using the Domino agent ...You can try the second option if taking the domino database offline is not an issue for you .
