BE12 chooses the wrong media set

I have created a media set for one of my backup jobs to run from.  Pulls the first tape just fine, however when the first tape is full it tries to pull the next tape from Imported Media even though there are still 3 other tapes in the media set.
 
Does anyone have any insight into this???

If you inventory the tapes before the job starts, do they all appear in BLUE (overwriteable) or are they  BLACK (protected)
 
If they are BLACK, drag them to the scratch media set in the order that you want BackupExec to use them.
