BE2010: Average restore speed Exchange 2003 store?

I know that there are many many variables that effect restore speed.  But I am looking for a ballpark restore speed from BE2010 for Exchange 2003 stores.

For instance, for system restores, I found the ballpark answer of 3GB/hr.  Looking for the same for Exchange 2003 restores.

Hard to say, it depends on your hardware and what you want to restore.

For example, for a GRT restore the complete EDB needs to be restored to disk, then BE can extract the mailbox data from it.

Best is to do some tests in your environments because other environments may have other speeds.
