Can anyone help me resolve these two errros in my backup logs?
Exchange version is 2007
both servers are VMs running on Hyper-V w/ failover cluster.

its a terminal server. there is no SQL or Exchange .

mmm...for the TS server, make sure that the credentials used are correct and that the proper rights are assigned to it on that server.

it looks like there was an old sql version installed but services were disabled. i have uninstalled it. will see what happens with tonights backup. thanks for your help.
what about the other error with regards to exchange.

You might also want to consider SP1a for BE 2012 if it isn't already installed. Just be aware that the only way to uninstall it is to uninstall BE 2012 (for some odd reason!)...

Have you actually tried to do a restore of individual mailbox items (or atleast browse recent files for a restore), click the exchange server, select restore, go to individual mailbox items, and select the most recent backup, and see if it has any information in there that you can restore. I tend to find, although BE reports an error, it's not always acurate.

GPT disks or not ? And does the backup complete succesfully if using the regular RAWS as opposed to the virtual agents ?
