BE2012 - License shows End Date N/A?

We bought BE2012 (unfortunately) and installed it properly but it is saying the license is about to expire. I have the license file (the slf) pulled in properly and even tried to add the serial number (and now it's showing in the license manager TWICE?!) but the stupid thing says it has an end date of N/A and keeps complaining it is about to expire. How do I resolve this? It's bad enough it doesn't really support RDX devices but this is intolerable!

Please check the link below & ensure you have entered the Serial license key for BE 2012 and it is checked if you have got manatainence license and if that is checked then you will see the issue

Both licenses are there and checked. What next?

It would be good then too check in License information for which particular agent option it showing end of date ,May be you were using particular agent option in trialware and so it showing number of days remaining for it. Also if you can add the snap of  license information and snap of licesnes added and checked would be great

To add snap of license information click on Backup exec icon --click on installation licensing and click on license informaiton

To add snap of entered serial keys please click on Backup exec -click on installation licensing and click on install option and license keys to click show snap of entered serial keys and next screen which shows which are checked

The licensing shows up fine there, except the Agent for Windows shows not licensed and the Small Business Edition Agent for Windows shows 60 of 60 days remaining. This is supposed to be a SBS version so why is the SBE Agent not showing as licensed?
