BE2012 vray Error unintelligible

I have an other error from backup 2012 vray:

esxi04 SRV-ARCHIVE-Full -- The job failed with the following error: The operation failed because the vCenter or ESX server reported a problem creating or accessing one or more files needed.

The vm I am trying to backup is a linux with agent installed. The machine is running.

What is the version of ESX and vCenter that you are using?

both 5. This is a backup via esxi.

Is your ESX a paid version or a free version? BE requires the vStorage API which only comes with the paid version

In addition to above, do ensure the GRT options are disabled for the Linux VM backup.

Honestly I don't undestand why if I backed up a vm on the host an other machine on the same host does not work, if this due to the license problem it should not work for both.

And why should I disable the GRT on the linux machine, I need of every file on that machine.. I can't restore the full machine just for one file!

There is no GRT support for Linux VM's
