Soon as my BE2014 server tries to connect to my mail server through any means, it crashes the agent on the mail server, all was fine on BE2012R3 a day ago, all my other servers work fine after the upgrade. Just this exchange 2007SP3 server is having issues.
Both BE2014 server and agent are the latest hotfix.

Would recommend to log a formal support case so that we can review the crash dump and investigate the cause.

Me too, at least I think so. Everytime my HyperV Server tries to backup the VM where the Exchange is running the Agent on the Host is crashing. It used to work for a few weeks and then all of a sudden it stopped working. So are there any solutions until now?
HyperV Host is running Win Server Std. 2012 and Exchange VM is running Win Server 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010 if this helps. I updated to BE 2014 a few weeks ago. SP1 installed and everything fully up to date.

Do you try to uninstall the agent and install again? After applied BE 2014 SP1, the problem is gone. THe remote agent just hanged once per month.

Yes, I have all updates installed, removed the agent on the Host as well as on the VM and installed it again. I also excluded the Exchange from the backup, then the job finished fine.
I just moved the VM to another Server running Server 2012 R2 to see, if the problem occurs there as well.
