BEX12.5 After Probs. with RSM and other things Local LTO4 drive works fine RMAL drive won't. Everytime nothing written but JOBS marked OK???? Help please

Hi community,
we have huge Problems with the RSM service and our local LTO4 120 HH from DELL and  two other LTO4 120HH and  one 120 fullheigt installed on three Linux maschines with RMALs. 3 weeks the System works fine. the first RSM error code problems with Tape0, database may be corrupt we get on 20090407. Until 20090423 we can see this information in bex12.5 every day, but the System works still fine. since 20090424 the System can't create jobs. We update everthing was possible, driver from the DELL SAS controler 5E, disabled the RSM service. Now it is possible to backup with the local installed drive on the XPpro System where the Mediaserver is installed. But every try to run jobs from the linux systems we get after 10-20 seconds a job is finished message and we see in the history everything is GREEN/OK????

Now after RSM is disabled we don't get this message in BEX and in Windows Event manager, but after reboot the XP System get a new message in the Event Manager called EVENTID54, halfinchVRTS:
"An Io Request to the device \Device\Tape0 did not complete or canceled within the specific timeout. This can occur if the device driver does not set a cancel routine for a given IO request packet."

We are a little bit bemused and helpless...

Local jobs working fine but the RMAL (remote media agents) won't works fine?? We don't know where the failure is

If we change the status of a drive from RMAL inside BEX12.5 console, for example turn off the compression, we get this errorcode inside Event Manager Windows :

Drive IBM1 don't create this error in the event manager???
Also the Local installed drive don't create this errormessage.

So, we can't also Restore from the Linux Drives through the Remote_Media_Agents. For now we installed two drives locally at the Media Server and do our jobs there. The 2 other drives which installed on the Linux Maschines with RMAL can only make inventorys, reject tapes, delete tapes, take or make catalogs.

have someone this things in his environment....
