BEutility copy media server config fails with .net error

I'm trying to copy the config of my currenty 12.5 server using BEutility however everytime i try it it fails with the following error:

BEUtiliy reports that the job has completed but no file is produced.  Any ideas?  Or is there another method for me to migrate this server to another?

(and the copy config option of BEUTIL has been problematic for quite some time, by the way)
