BackUp Exec 12.5 backing up Netapp FAS2020

We are currently running Backup Exec 12.5 on a Windows 2003 server.

We use this to backup a Netapp FAS2020 but keep getting the following error message:

(Server: "BACKUP-SERVER") (Job: "Netapp01 and Netapp02 Incremental-Netapp Incremental-Netapp Incremental") The job completed successfully.  However, the following conditions were encountered:

Could not completely protect remote computers because  the Backup Exec Remote Agent was not  installed.

How can I remove this message?

 Are you using the NDMP option?  Or backing up the CIFS shares (bad idea BTW, performance is terrible)
