Backeup Exec 12 not showing size with Exchange 2003 differential backup

Hi

We scheduled to take Weekly full and Daily differential backups for Exchange 2003. With restore tab the differential backup is not showing up the sizes. Please help to correct this issue

Hi Lal,

Check the Symantec TN below:

I'd suggest updating BE 12.0 with all the available patches, and if this doesn't resolve it, try duplicating the restore to disk first manually.

If this doesn't work, why not consider upgrading to at least BE 12.5, or 2010 (if you are able too?)
