Backing up Terminal Server

I noticed that my terminal server is not in the "view by resource" list of Windows Servers. The Symantec Remote agent is installed on the Terminal Server. Is there any reason why it would show up? Are terminal servers under another resourceor something?

Not that I know off.  Check that the terminal server can ping the media server and vice-versa.  If they can, try adding it to the User-defined section of the selection list using the terminal server's IP address.  Make sure that your BESA has the appropriate rights to back up the terminal server and that port 6101 is not blocked.

...and make sure that the RAWS service is started up, along with the remote server publishing to the media server correctly...
