Backing up a backup tape to HD!!!

Hi All,

Since I can't get an answer at the moment to my 'Access Denied on Single Mailbox' question, I need to copy the backup tape to another location so I can start using it again!

Is this possible? If anyone can give instructions on this, and the accompanything restore procedure I'd be very grateful...

You should be able to do a Duplicate Job to copy the backupset to disk

From the GUI Window\Jobsetup and then Duplicate BackupData

Please give the error you are getting while backing or restoring Mailbox in detail in order to solve the problem.
