Backing up a remote server - can't find the server in the list

I installed a Remote Agent and now want to set up the backup but when I drill down to the domain where the server should be it is not listed. How do I connect to the remote server so I can select the files and directories?

If you look in my network places on the windows server you probably dont see it there either. This is a windows network problem.

In backup exec under selection there is a user defined selection and you can add it manually

You must perform a push install BEWS 10.x Remote Agent to the remote server.

As mentioned earlier if your server cannot be detected using the Windows Explorer then it is a Windows related issue.
If you can see the server, then check if the Remote Agent service is running.
If the Remote Agent is running then try adding the server through "user defined selections".

Thanks for the responses. I was able to access it via the User Defined Selections.
