Backing up the Continuous Protection Server replicated data with Backup Exec

What is the correct way to setup a Weekly Full with Daily Incremental in Backup Exec when backing up the replicated data on a Continuous Protection Server? That is I think I know more or less I just want to get confirmation or guidance. How I think it should be done is to create a normal Weekly Full with Daily Incremental with in Backup Exec and direct the recourse I want to backup to Continuous Protection Server  Protected Resources  Backup Destination and select the server.
