Backup 2010 for Small Business Server compatability

Can any confirm either way whether Backup Exec 2010 Small Business Edition is fully compatable with Microsoft Small Business Server 2011 Standard and SQL 2008 R2

SBS server 2011 is only supported with BE 2010 R3.

SQL 2008 R2 is supported with BE 2010 R2/R3.
