Hey Guys,
I am getting a media loading error after an emergency repair to a Windows Server 2003 OS. I have downloaded all the Windows Updates again, and the system is fully patched.
The problem is that I am trying to patch our Backup Exec 10d up to SP4 (it is currently SP1) but no matter what I do, I can not seem to apply any patches to Backup Exec. I have tried stepping the SP's, and that didn't work, I have tried stopping all the services, including the MSSQL database for it, and that didn't work.
It will go all the way to "Configuring Settings" and then after a few seconds will change to "Rolling Back Install"
The event viewer is less then useless because there is no error showing up in it, even with the advanced MSI logging turned on.
Any suggestions?
