Backup Exec 10d and Ibm autoloader problem

Backup Exec 10d and IBM autoloader, the problem we have is the autoloader is not recognized as a tape library, We have installed the latest IBM driver and also done IBM diagnostics on the drive all shows working.

Backup Exec will not see it as a automated library.

any help or thoughts???

Do you get any error messages in the event logs?

Also is the autoloader seen as stand alone tape devices?
