Backup Exec 12.5.2213 Nessus Vulnerability with SP3 installed

I have a scan that was just done that Nessus tossed a high vulnerability for.  I have looked at the information and found that the version affected has a Hotfix (314380) that is included in SP1 and the system has SP3 installed on it.  If the service packs are cumulative would this hotfix not already be installed on the system?  Or do I need to install the hotfix independently?

Why dont you verify the files replaced in the hotfix, with what is on your system.  I've had nessus scans report false positives on me from time to time...  I've also had SP's not address hotfixes too.

I will start that and see what comes up.  I was wanting to see what the user community might have for this is why I asked.  Thank you for the response.
