Backup Exec 12.5 Multiple Tape Drives

If I have Backp Exec 12.5 with the library expansion option license, will I have to create 2 jobs to utilize both tape drives at the same time or is Backup Exec smart enough to use both of them already?

It appears that it did not use both drives last night during my backup.

BE will use two tape drives for two different jobs without any additional configuration.

But if you have some partitions configured in your library and both the jobs are targetted to a partition with a single tape drive, then BE will use only that drive for both the backups. One after another.
