Backup Exec 12.5 agent for Windows 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit

This is the error screen I get.   Check for solutions online doesn't find one.

The server backs up, but I would like a better solution please.

Make sure to install this hotfix on your Media Server before puching the agent to Windows 2008R2 servers:

Also that dialog box is only the VxMon (Remote Agent Utility) having a warning - it is not the remote agent itself not starting.
