We had a job which BE performed on Windows 2008 AD. It was fine. After upgrading Windows server the job fail. There was an error

e00084af - The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.
For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-33967

There were files in AD in C:\Users and C:\programData. The Service Account for BE is Domain Admin and it has not permission to do anithingh in this directories. I find that this is R2 feature. How can we fix job settings to work fine with R2 servers?

Windows 2008 R2 is not yet supported by Backup Exec, a Hotfix is due mid to late October to provide limited remote agent support, full agent support and Media Server support will appear in Backup Exec 2010.

If you review the SCL for 12.5 you will find that 2008 R2 is not yet mentioned
