Backup Exec 12.5 sur Windows SBS 2011

Bonjour,

Nous avons remplacé le serveur (Windows 2003) d'un client par un nouveau qui tourne sur Windows SBS 2011.

Il possède une licence de Backup Exec 12.5 et je n'arrive pas à l'installer sur le système.

Le programme d'installation d'arrête avec l'erreur suivante : V-225-53: ERROR: Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 28075

J'ai trouvé plusieurs sujet traitant de ce problème mais rien à faire, même en créant une instance manuellement le programme refuse de l'utiliser.

Avez vous une solution ? Faut-il obligatoirement passer à la version la plus récente de Backup Exec ? J'ai vu que cette version est compatible avec les serveur 2008 mais rien pour ce SBS2011.

You're right, Backup Exec 12.5 is not compatibile with Microsoft Windows SBS 2011.

Backup Exec 2010 R3 can be installed on the above OS.

Latest version of Backup Exec i.e. 2012 is compatibile with the above OS and can be installed.
