Backup Exec 2010 Email Alert on Tape Swap

Is there a way to get Backup Exec 2010 to send an email alert when it needs a tape swapped? I found the settings for regular email alerts on job completion but alerts when a tape needs to be swapped do not seem to exist. I'm using an IBM Ultrium-TD3 tape backup system.

go to Tools--> Alert Categories-->select media insert on left side--> tick Send notifications to selected recipoents then click OK to save and exit.
