Backup Exec 2010 - Problems Restoring Exchanger Server Mailboxes

I'm backing up my exchange server every night to removeable hard drives. The backups work great. I notice Backup Exec puts a folder in the root directory like IMG000057, which appears to contain the entire information store. The problem is when I go to restore whether I view by resource or by media, it only shows my most recent IMG directory. it show all of my B2D resources. Here I need to restore one from a week ago, but can't figure out how to bring it up on the backup resource list. I tried Inventory Media, but no go. Any ideas? Thanks! -Marvin

Mmm...what are your retention times like on your media set? If it was set incorrectly, you could be facing the situation where each night's backups overwrite the previous night's backups. You would only have 1 set retained as a result.
What happens when you browse by date in the Restore section and then select the date you want to restore from?
