BE 12.5 rev.2213 Freeze sistem windows 2003 ent. ed x64

installed the product (upgrade from v11d->12->12.5) on my Windows 2003 server enterprice edition x64. I set up different backup jobs and did some tests. The server crashes without a reason (no errors on event viewer) and the only way to access the system is to reboot the server. This problem does not occur if the backup does not proceed with backup exec (suspending backup jobs). The backup is done on an external library. In the old version of 11D and 12 I have never encountered this problem (same job and same server). how can I do to find out what the problem is? thanks

Hi enzo,

First thing's first...make sure that BE 12.5 is updated to SP4 and that you applied all the latest patches thereafter.
Are all your licenses in place, and are there any errors in the Alerts tab in BE 12.5?

BE12.5 is update toSP4 and I applied the latest pacths.
The license is ok and I not have any errors in Alerts tab.

Hi Enzo,

Can you please check the Alerts tab in BE and see if it shows any errors there?
If you have any remote servers, I would also suggest running a push-install of updates (BE will do this automatically for you!) from your selection list.
