Hello,
we have 4000 clients and all were impacted by a strange reaction BackupExecsoftware.
Beserver.exe service stopped.
in french :

I would suggest that you upgrade to BE 2010 R3 which fixes a lot of things. Your existing licence keys will work. You can download BE 2010 R3 from either the fileconnect site or www.backupexec.com

No update is available via LiveUpdate
We found the same problem on BackupExec 12.5

Go to file connect and input your serial key and download Backup exec R3.

You cannot upgrade via LiveUpdate...
