OK> I ahev been working on this for a week. B2D is sucessful. When I try to restore a single item, I get an error "The job failed with the following error: Cannot open one or more mail messages because of unknown MAPI errors. Review the job log for more information". The detailed error log shows something like "V-79-57344-760 - Unable to open the item Database - skipped."
Symantec KB seems to indicate it might have something to do with SSL on the CAS server. Hoever SSL IS REQUIRED on CAS. Moreover I have my mailox and CAS roles on separate systems.
Both Exchange 2010 systems on Windows 2008 R2. BE 2010 on Windows 2008.
Anybody with a clue wht is going on?
