Backup Exec 2010 and Exchang 2010

I face a problem with Backup Exec 2010 and Exchange 2010 job.. I installed BE 2010 on windowes 2003 .. does that support to backup Exchange 2010.?

No.  You need more than Server 2003 for your media server.  Quoting from page 23 of the SCL, the requirements for the media server to backup Exchange 2010 are

Exchange 2010 requires a Windows 2008 SP2 or Windows 2008 R2 x64 server with the Exchange 2010 Management tools installed on the server.

BE 2010|2010 R2|2010 R3 Software (SCL)
