Backup Exec 2012 Catalog job missed, storage --NA--

Hi there,

Having an issue about 3 times a day where Backup Exec reports a catalog job(Catalog 00080, 00081, 00082) was missed by more than 1 day and will be rescheduled for the same time the following day.

This happens every single day and never works, I've noticed in the warning it says the Storage location is : --NA--. Obviously it's trying to run a catalog job on storage that doesn't exist anymore? I can't seem to find the job anywhere to delete it.

Any help would be appreciated - I just want to delete the job.

Cheers,

Ed

You may need to log a support case with Symantec for them to edit the job out of the BEDB.

Can you goto Storage tab > double click on the configured storage> jobs section

look for any configured catalog job.

Ah Alright.

It could be an orphan job stuck in the database.

Please log a support case for this issue and we will have a look into it.

This is obvious since the error message does not contain a storage name.  This is why I recommend that the user open a support case earlier.
