Backup Exec 2012 QuickStart License

Hi, Is there any difference between the .ISO files for the Backup Exec 2012 Quickstart and the full Backup Ezxec 2012 software? Is it just a matter of license keys that differentiate one from the other? If I've installed the Quickstart version that I got with my Dell tape auto-loader and later on wish to use more advanced features like the agent for VMware/Hyper-V do I need to uninstall my backup exec and install a different one, or do I just simply plug-in the license keys to open up the additional fweatures?

Here is what I could find on Backup Exec QuickStart Edition:  http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH61008

"There is no ability to add agents and options other than Library Expansion Option (LEO) unless you upgrade to the full version of Backup Exec. All upgrades can be done with license keys, no additional software installation is required."

Ahh, cool thanks for that. My reading of it is that I won't need to un-install & re-install.
